Book design
1. What types of HVAC services do you provide?
We service and repair air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces and ventilation systems for homes and small businesses. Services include emergency repairs, routine maintenance, system diagnostics, filter replacement, refrigerant top-ups and full component replacements. We also handle installations and retrofits when upgrades or capacity changes are needed. For larger commercial projects we coordinate with building managers to minimise disruption.
2. Do you offer emergency or same-day repair?
Yes — we provide prioritized response options for urgent failures that threaten safety or basic comfort. Availability depends on current bookings and parts, but we aim to assess and stabilise urgent problems the same day. If a full repair requires parts, we give a clear timeline and interim measures to keep the system safe. Communication is constant: you’ll know expected arrival times and next steps.
3. How are repair costs estimated and billed?
We give a transparent written estimate after an initial diagnostic, listing labour, parts and any optional upgrades. If additional problems are found during work, we contact you with revised costs before proceeding. Billing is straightforward and we support common payment methods; invoices include itemised work and warranty information. For recurring maintenance customers we can offer predictable flat-rate plans.
4. What does your preventive maintenance include and how often should it be done?
Typical maintenance visits cover filter checks/replacement, coil cleaning, drain inspection, blower and fan checks, refrigerant level verification and system performance tuning. For most residential systems we recommend at least annual servicing (twice yearly for combined heating and cooling), while commercial systems often require more frequent checks. Regular maintenance improves efficiency, lowers utility bills and prevents costly breakdowns. We can set automated reminders and tailor schedules to system age and usage.
5. Are your technicians certified to handle refrigerants and safety procedures?
Yes — our technicians hold relevant HVAC certifications and refrigerant handling licences required by regulation. We follow best practices for leak testing, recovery and safe disposal or recycling of refrigerants. When replacements are needed we present compliant options and explain environmental and efficiency implications. Safety of occupants and staff is always prioritised.
6. What warranties and guarantees do you offer?
We stand behind our workmanship with service warranties that cover labour for a defined period after completion. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties, which we pass on and register when applicable. If an installation or repair fails under normal use within the warranty period, we investigate and correct the issue promptly. Details vary by service type and part — full warranty terms are provided on estimates and invoices.
